Well obstetrics is not always happy ..
Its best to leave certain inevitable things to nature but a little bit of assistance to mother may be reassuring both psychologically and physically too . So sorry for the mother but sometimes there is nothing man can do in front of will of god . This is a primigravida married since 1 year and had an anencephaly. She had been struggling with head for around 10 min now so i decided to assit the expulsion process and ease her a little bit . As the baby is dead only she has been given some sedation but is not totally knocked out .
