Bilateral Ovarian mass
This is a 28 year old P2L2 sterilized woman who ca e with h/o Abdominal distension and dyspnoea since last 2 months , progressive in nature , when she was evaluated she was found to be having b/L ovarian tumour with solid and cystic areas . Working diagnosis of dermoid cyst was made and she wan taken for laparotomy . now in next 3 videos we will see the whole procedure
